Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days and orders received before 1PM will only dispatch same day for next day delivery. Our standard processing times are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM excluding Bank Holidays and weekends. Any orders received after this time period will be processed next working day. Standard delivery orders can take around 3-5 working days to arrive. We take care of every single product with caution and make sure all handling instructions are followed step by step, so you can get your purchase on time and in excellent condition.
Return & Exchange Policy
We at Maha Musk London always aim to ensure that you receive a product you love. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchased product for a refund within 14 days of delivery, providing that the product is unopened and remains in its original condition.
To return a product, or to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team via our contact page or by emailing info@mahamusklondon.co.uk. Returns will only be accepted by way of this procedure, as we cannot guarantee the safety of the fragrance bottles, gift sets and other such products with service providers who are not Maha Musk London approved couriers. When the product has been received and confirmed, we can then issue a refund or offer an exchange, providing the return meets our conditions for resale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been used, altered or damaged in any way.
If you receive a product that you believe has been damaged during delivery or one that appears to be faulty, please contact us (using our contact page or by emailing info@mahamusklondon.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and dealings of this nature are at the discretion of Maha Musk London.
In the event of a suspected issue with your order, we advise that you do not discard any packaging or product before you have spoken to the team here, at Maha Musk London. Discarding information, packaging or products may affect any refund or replacement that you may be entitled to.
